Who did joe pick to play team captains this week? I wonder if his selections will step up and be team leaders and take control of the locker room.

He was talking about the locker room. Jesse Agler, who is paid and bought by the team, quickly changed the subject.

And to think it wasn't long ago we were 3-0 riding high and thought we were on our way to winning the AFC East and being in the playoffs.

AGAIN, history lesson of Finheaven.com

1. I liked the idea of Fisher, but he never was coming.
2. This **** happening in Davie would NEVER happen under an experienced coach like Fisher. Fisher lasts longer as HC than Joe does.
3. I admit it...I like blue collar football. Physical play. 49ers, Ravens and Seabags play the kind of ball I like. Run the ball, set up play action and play good D and specials.

I wanted Billick or McCoy. I gave Joe a chance he has done some good things, but he is over his skis.

Well I'll tell you one thing: we would have beaten the Bills with their ****ing practice squad QB with Jeff Fisher as coach. He would have just called about 50 runs.

Joe Philbin was always questionable. He never was a HC at a major level nor did he even call the plays in GB. Stiff, rigid and unwilling to compromise.

I still do not want to blow things up though. I am tired of turnover.
 
Beasley is now reporting that Philbin ripped a top assistant in front of the entire team this week.

This could be a sign of a coach panicking or it could be Philbin saying enough is enough. Only how the team plays will tell the story. It is not how you handle things when they're going well that shows if you are a good coach, it's you adjust and handle things when it all goes down the crapper.
