Adam Beasley report is not good

Is anyone surprised? Last season during OTAs and Training Camp Reggie Bush was the HARDEST WORKER on this team. Anybody who saw the team work out last year can verify this. He was always the first player to take the practice field and after practice was over he was still out there working. He became a good leader both by example and his conduct. But because of an unfortunate fumble against Tennessee an angry Joe Philbin benched him and basically humiliated the guy. Yet baby Ryan(Tannehill that is) threw 3 interceptions including a pick 6 in the same game and was not benched. So far this season, Mr. Tannehill has turned the ball over 14 times and has yet to miss a snap. How can a Coach expect to get respect in his locker room when he pulls double standard crap like that?

I'm really completely numb to all this. Beasley report? I couldn't care less.. Martin going awol? I couldn't care less. Pouncey subpoenas? I couldn't care less.. Clabo starting? I couldn't care less..

I'm so numb to this team now nothing excites or depresses me. I can't wait to get a new regime in here. Gruden please come!

Here's what Jeff Darlington had to say about this:

@JeffDarlington
Based on talks with many Dolphins players this week, I would not describe team in "shambles", as source suggested to @AdamHBeasley.

@JeffDarlington
That's not to discredit @AdamHBeasley. It's to say many key players don't senses dysfunction. Issues, yes. But not overwhelming dysfunction.

How did we go from 3-0 on top of the world a month ago, to THIS??

Kinda of makes me sad. It should not, but it does.

I believe Beasley. Darlington's creeds have taken a hit with me lately. He is not as connected as he thinks.

We'll his story also fits your Agenda so.....

Adam Beasley @AdamHBeasley
Someone told me of serious dysfunction within the locker room. Division, anger, etc.

That is on one person....Joe Philbin. Not a leader of men.

Don't you mean children if they need someone to tell them what to do?

Never had an agenda. However, many of my critiques of Philbin are coming to pass.

We shall how it ends up. I still am not advocating for house cleaning at this point. I am tired of starting over.

He is the leader and face of the organization. Set the tone and expectations for the team. Maybe if he had a compass for a coach he would have demanded to keep leaders like Dansby and Burnett. It was unconscionable to me how he benched Reggie Bush last year. A leader that worked his ass off and wanted to help his team win was treated like an undrafted rookie. That was not Jeff Ireland, Mike Sherman or some ghost of Dolphins Past. It was Philbin.

I think the issue with Reggie Bush was that he was instructed to take the yardage available to him, even if it was nothing, rather than improvising with the ball, and he failed to comply.

Reggie Bush might have been a hard worker, but when maintaining your personal running style is more important to you than doing what's good for the team, you're being a selfish, "me-first" player, not a leader.

He isn't Barry Sanders. He isn't given free reign out there to improvise at will.
