I would have liked to have taken a chance on him too. If we do bring him in, I hope it's for nothing.

But seeing how he has struggled so much in NO, who knows how long away he is from being able to contribute.

I want to bring in a young QB for a change, take our lumps as he develops and build it that way. I'm tired of patching things up.

We truly cannot even comment on this guy unless we saw him play in the NFL pre-season games and practices. I have not seen him play so my thoughts are this...trust Saban. If we can get him cheap and Saban & Co. believe he might work out, go get him.

Yeah, I wouldn't trade for him. But if he gets cut, I think Saban will bring him in. He's a project just like Manny Wright.

he's a horrible coach, with all the talent he has at wr, rb, and qb he shouldve made the playoffs a long time ago

Adrian McPherson's a good qb. He has way more potential than Feeley, rosenfels, or berlin have ever had put together. He just got into some legal problems in college. I hope New Orleans cuts him. Hes a decent qb who can run

Haslett's an underachiever and so is his team. McPherson might be interesting as a cheap prospect but I don't expect him to start or log any time under center.

He wasn't trash, but he had an established starter already on the team. He was traded to GB, not released.
