AFC east

Dr. Tomorrow said:
How in the world can anyone honestly say that odds are were gonna be a wildcard team this year. 7-9 would be a very nice year, but to say were gonna overachieve with the most underachieving team in NFL history is just plain wrong

Pretty pessimistic for a guy called Dr Tomorrow.

Anything can happen esp. when you have talent on the field like we do. I say wildcard. You don't fine, but there were plenty of charger fans who said the same thing last year about their team.

Every single year we have an amazing lineup on paper, and every year we get knocked around starting around week 7(except for last year, that was a year round beating). Especially on defenense is where are lineup is amazing on paper. What year was it 2002 we had 6 guys on defense make the pro-bowl and we didn't even make the playoffs. In critical moments in the game our defense gets burned or always always Madison will get a personal foul. Saban has to go in there and tell them its not ok to screw up and maybe we can start winning some games.

i think NE is going down hill... they just cant be that good for much longer, with the coaching staff they have lost i think they are in trouble but should still win at least 10 games
11-5

new york jets, i cant even give you a win-loss record for because it all depends on if pennington stays healthy - they could win 12 games if hes healthy all year and win the division, or struggle barely breaking even with feidler
12-4
or
7-9
bills scare me... when JP was drafted, i thought he was going to be the best QB in the draft, i know it sound crazy, but i think he is greally going to impress people in the next two years, if willis stays healthy the bills could compete
9-7

miami - the dolphins now have a questionable secondary, o line and quarterback... this team shoudl be better than it was last year, but i have my doubts that we finish higer than 8-8. our schedual is tough, and our division is the tougest... i think this year could be a lot rougher than you guys think...
8-8

Until someone actually wins our division accept for the Patriots, it would not be wise to bet against them. Id love to see the phins win 10 games. I just cannot see it happening though. The Jets are better, the Bills are better, even with inexperience at QB....and the Pats are...the Pats.

If we were in a weaker division, I would have more hope. I think the Pats win the division and the Jets get the Wildcard with 10 wins.

Our defense will be stronger late into the fourth quarter with Ronnie pounding defenses....which will eliminate our biggest problem of last year. I expect our defense to be in the top 3 overall. With that said, our offense is still not going to be good enough to compete for a playoff spot. I like Feely as our quarterback, but he will have growing pains just like any other QB who is entering his first year as a starting quarterback. Ronnie is going to be great...but he IS a rookie....our O line is still not going to be top 15 in the league, and we still need another explosive wideout (Sign Az Hakim PLEASE)

We win 7 or 8 games...maybe an extremely optimistic 9... but easily miss the playoffs in the wonderful AFC. Its still going to be fun to watch.

Pats: 10-6 I think they are in the beginning of a downward spiral. Losing Weiss is huge.

Bills: 10-6 They are a very good team and could be much better than this. I think they could be a SB contender, but a rookie at the helm prevents that. I think Losman will end up being a good QB, but he is type of QB that needs time to learn and will probably struggle a bit as a rookie.

Dolphins: 9-7 I think they could have easily won 6 games last year, but with a much improved team, and hugely improved coaching this team can really improve. If Feeley is even solid they might be able to make a run at the playoffs. Probably not though.

Jets: 8-8 I don't see why so many people are so high on them. They lost some very good players and Pennington may never be the same again. With our luck Fiedler will come in and beat us twice, but probably they will struggle a bit.

Patriots 13-3 : Bottom line is, Belichek still pulls the strings and the team itself has only improved. They'll be contenders for the SB again this year.

Jets 10-6 : Their team cohesiveness will give them the edge over the less-experienced Phins

Dolphins 8-8 : This will be considered a success and it should be. It'll be a roller-coaster year but we'll all come out with a positive outlook on things.

Bills 6-10 : Lossman will be a bust, their defence will steal a few games for them but in all it will be a disappointing season for our arch rivals. Whaaa.

imo.

I hate making picks this early but, i think the AFC east will have a little drop off this year.
Pats 10-6
Jets 9-7
Bills 7-9
Fins 7-9

I hate to bet against my own team but i think the winner of the division will be either the bills or the Jets. The Pats lost some key people but they will still make some noise in the division. I think the Pats and Dolphins will make some noise.

Patsies : 11-5
Jets : 10-6
Bills : 8-8
Miami : 7-9
