Nictator is at it again...this time it's the agents..

Coach Nick Saban has instituted new rules limiting agents' interaction with their players during training camp. This season, agents are not allowed to watch practice from the players' family/guest areas and are not allowed in the player parking lot. On game days this season, agents also will not be allowed in the player parking lot at Dolphins Stadium.

Bottomline: There will be no distractions Drew during the season..

That is one of the best things Saban has done since he got here. Agents shouldn`t have contact with their clients on game day anyway!

Why?

I can't help but think he is going a little overboard with all this stuff.

now drew will definitely try screwing us with his clients, just for the principle.....

Agents have no buisness other than being a fan on Game Day. That being said, I don't understand why they can't be in the Family/guest area during practice. Some of these agents are close friends and virtualy family to their agents. I think that's going a little over board.

What purpose would it be for agents to be there? They're not coaches and cannot help prepare their players for the game. They can only distract. I like this idea and wonder why it wasn't implemented long before now.

I'm not saying they need to be there, its just that Saban is trying to keep his players isolated from the outside world. I think that there eventually might be some type of backlash either from the players, agents, or media that really isn't worth having a "distraction free" environment.

i dont agree with this at all...this is a bi%#h move

Then find another team to pull for.

What does him not agreeing have to do with him pulling for another team. There are plenty of things I haven't agreed with over the years, doesn't mean I am not a fan and don't want the team to succeed as much as anybody else does.
