Feeley obviously showed us that he has the arm that will open up our offense......hopefully the experience factor will come quickly and the forced passes will decline!!!!

But it is quite obvious that our O-line is the deciding factor....come on guys...just give feeley a couple of seconds....just open up a couple holes...thats all were asking for....I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.....GO PHINS!

he is the right choice, but he NEEDS to mature. he should have had 4-5 INT's last night and that touchdown was a gimme.

Wow, talk about an excuse making machine. Reality check: he played 8 games in college, and wasn't good enough to beat out Koy Detmer for 2nd string. And apparently he enjoys throwing picks for touchdowns in his spare time. While the o-line was bad, you can't come up with enough excuses to hide his bad decision making. Next time take of your homer goggles and watch the game objectionally.

AJ will be fine. He just needs experience, he has the fire and the arm to be a good NFL quarterback, last night he just looked scared. Experience will solve that.

You make it seem like Koy Detmer is a scrub. Mind you, Koy could probably start on half of the NFL teams today.

While he may have homer glasses on, you have your head in the fog if you think AJ doesn't have the talent to be a good NFL QB.

Umm, andy Reid has a better eye for talent than me, you or Wanny, and even he saw A.J. as nothing more than a backup.

Umm, if thats the case then umm maybe he had three good qb's. Where has Andy Reid ever said that AJ was nothing more then a backup. Link please.

We can go back and forth with why he never made it past 3rd string, but if we did that, we might miss the next pick for a td he's gonna throw.

Koy Detmer is a scrub. Here come all the excuses for Feeley. There is a reason why he barely played in college and was third string in Feeley. RS made a bad move on this one......he's not worth a second rounder. We got ripped off.

The only way AJ will improve is to take his lumps and learn. He is new, the rb is new, the FB is new, the o-line is new, the #2 wr is new. Get it? Yes last nite things pizzed me off. AJ needs to calm down, but I also think Wanny could help the situation by naming AJ starter permanently or Jay because knowing you are playing for your starting life every week adds pressure to teh qb that isnt needed.

At this point it is obvious to me that this offense has potential but needs to gel and it is going to be ugly at times, esp if we cannot pick up teh blitz. Oh and Wade Smith's play last nite is reminiscent of teh Indi game last year. Turnstile is the word used alot. Hopefully big Mac is ready. Gordon will be ok once he knows teh offense, liek McGuire said last nite, he is hesitating because he is not sure where he is supposed to go. It may be hard to watch, but the reality is this offense is young, many very new to teh offense and there is and will be growing pains. The best we can hope for is they grow fast.

I asked for a link, we don't have to go back and fourth, just show proof that Andy Ried said what you say he said. Then the conversation will be over. The fact is your spewing your two cents and stating someone else said it when they didn't

Instead of making a million excuses, you might want to wonder why he likes throwing the ball right at opposing linebackers, so that they can return them for scores. I know it's tough for you, seeing as how you got that cool big pic of him, but your 3rd string, clipboard holding, 8 game in college playing pick throwing machine is not the answer. A.J. will surprise? Not me, I knew he stunk.

Our screw up started when the chose Fiedler in the first place !!

We could have had Hasselbeck !

Speilman is on crack sometimes ! :fire:

Man, IF he keeps throwing picks returned for TDs every week this season, I would get some small amount of joy out of it just knowing how much you're enjoying being right.

Your joy is my joy. Thanks.
