Funny how everyone that makes excuses for Jay laments those that make excuses for AJ. Hypocritical? I watched the Tenn game and Jay did not have anywhere near the pressure that AJ did, he had 2 backs that had experience in this offense, and 4yrs in this system. He has experience and makes teh same mistakes AJ did, so how is that better?
Oh and I defended Jay til the death over 4 years, but it is time to see what AJ can do. He may fail, but he may grow and improve. But we arent gonna find out by him sitting on the bench. Jay doesnt provide potential, he is not going to become an elite qb at this point and cannot make the throws necessary. Now AJ needs to make better decisions, but he also has the arm to make throws when given time. The type of pressure teh bengals brought last nite, Jay wouldnt have faired any better.
So enjoy your little "see aj didnt do well Jay would have saved us" It aint true and you know it.
