Alex Mack?

With there being some talk about moving Pouncey to guard (I would be in favor of this), I was wondering what everyone thought about pursuing Alex Mack from Cleveland. He seems to be the best OL on the market and would allow Pouncey to move to guard where he could be very successful.

Once the season is over, I think the Fins should try to sign Cleveland FA center Alex Mack to play center and shift Pouncey over to guard. I believe Mack is the better center and Pouncey would give us better strength and mobility at guard over Jerry or Brenner. This would allow us to focus on the tackle positions in the draft. He is available if we meet his price. Thoughts?

That would be a great move. Pouncey was a great guard when his brother played center at Florida.

Mainly banter among fans. Haven't heard any official reports from the team, but it would make sense IMO

I think we should try to see if we can reunite the Pouncey twins, personally. I really believe Pittsburghh might be willing to pull the trigger on a trade like that since they have MAJOR cap issues coming up and Velasco played quite well.

Those two together year round kinda scares me though. That's almost asking for an arrest.
