Lots of competition. Time to grow up Wallace , Moore , Gates. Throw them all out there with the new guys and may the best men win. I think Clay and the new TE are going to kill it in this offence and Bush should have a field day. Should be fun guys.
This was probably my favorite pick, although I think all of our picks were real solid but to get a guy like Cunningham in the 6th is a steal. My dad grew up in Michigan so we follow the Spartans & Wolverines but are Canes fans, but to see what Cousins & Cumningham were able to do to be key factors in turing around that program was incredible. I was really surprised that he wasn't being discussed really at all especially after the #'s he put up but it worked out for the Fins.
Cunningham from what I've read is very good at the slant route, which is something the WCO features. Cunningham was said to have good hands and was a fit for what Miami is going to do on offense under Sherman. Matthews was compared to James Jones by Philbin, so you figured they had their eyes on him. From what I've read about Matthews, he was also a good fit for the WCO. Both players may not run a 4.4, but are strong handed and are good going over the middle. The dark horse in all this could be Jeff Fuller, who was Tannehill's teammate at A&M. Fuller was hurt most of the year in 2011 and it affected his play, but in 2010 when Fuller was healthier, he played so much better and was considered a 3rd-4th round WR prospect. Fuller's advantage is his knowledge of the system and both Sherman and Tannehill. Given all that Fuller has, it wouldn't surprise me if he indeed makes the team. IF he is healthy; he can be a weapon in this offense.
i think wallace and moores days are numbered. I think it will be hartline bess gates cunningham and fuller making the team
