I agree, but you know damn well that it bugs the crap out of you when the Jets finish ahead of the Fins.

The good thing that is happening is they are winning enough to believe they have found their franshize QB. This is a good thing because even in some of his piss pour games he plays they are winning. I've only seen one where he looks good and that was the hot lanta game...time will tell.

getting into the playoffs is an accomplishment, not the ultimate but it is still an accomplishment and something your franchise has accomplished once since 2002. You guys would be going nuts if you made the playoffs.

for the ones of you who are cool......i actually empathize with you. neither of our teams has given us much to cheer about....at least not since i started watching in the mid 80's. some hope here and there only to let us down.

the ones who are db's....yeah i enjoy watching them get bent.

making th eplay-offs and not even winning a game is worthless. making th echampionship game and not even really being competitive is lamost worse. its giving you the ultimate hope of a superbowl berth just to watch them go down in flames.

There's an old saying don't count your chickens before they hatch. You may indeed finish ahead of us and still not come close to the playoffs.

honestly so far i think geno has been bad. i really hope the CS doesn't believe he is the future so blindly as to not go after a qb this offseason.

Any rival fan celebrates their worst enemies misery. There were plenty of Fins fans on the Jets boards rubbing our faces in it. I am here to talk football, if you have insecurity with me being here, then that's something you have to come to grips with.

I am partial to JI, just because it was one of the first forums I joined. Im also on Billszone, and Patriotsplanet.

There is a long way to go before I start counting on the playoffs but this is a playoff thread, right?

making and not winning a game is still better than not making it at all.

we were competitive in both title games.
 
the thing i don't get about the Op is the insinuation that a loss this week for any of the play-off potential teams means they are out of the running. there are still 7 games to go....alot can happen
