An offer he cant refuse...

 I think/hope he meant to say Tom Gamble.. who according to Salguero, should be coveted because he is friends with Braman :rolleyes2:

I like the fact that Gamble comes out of the Chip Kelly system. However, if Gamble is close to Norman Braman, then it is likely that he will not be GM. The lurking hand of Braman behing the State Republican shenanigans refusing the vote on the public funding to assist in the quest to build a new Dolphin stadium, is significant. Braman is the #1 enemy and it's personal. If this report of a link is true, next...

If im Stephen Ross and I was sick and tired of seeing my Billion dollar purchase not produce and I was sick and tired of hearing how inept of an owner I am and how dysfunctional my organization is my blood would start boiling. Because, after all, I am a multi billionaire who always gets what he wants.. So this is what I do... Because, I SIMPLY CAN...

I call Tom Gamble, or Eric DeCosta or whoever happens to be at the top of my wishlist.. PERSONALLY call them.. I then fly into their city and meet with them wherever they so choose. I hand them a piece of paper with what their current salary is and another piece of paper with what I will be paying them.. That number would be 4-5 times the amount of their current salary and I tell them here are the keys, take me to the super bowl. I do that BECAUSE I CAN.. Then I fly to the Bahamas and sit on the beach and laugh while reading all the articles saying "how did Miami pull it off"..

Stephen Ross is a very rich man, if he wants to win, he will win. Doesn't mean he will do that but that's certainly what I would do.

You are 100% RIGHT on if Ross wants to win , Yes we do have a cap , BUT theres no cap on the Coaches and GM , that you want to go out and grab , they say every man has a price , and IF Ross wants to win that badly Money is no issue to him he has MORE than he will ever use in his time , if there was a certain Coach i really wanted , he would be in my office monday morning ready to report to his NEW JOB .WILL Ross do this ? i doubt it , but he could if he wanted to ,every Man has his price , and it even gose for the ones in the broad cast booths as well ....

Personally, I want a guy who wants to be here, and not here because we threw a boatload of money at him. (Parcells)

YOUR NOT going to find anybody that wants t be in any locker room or field , 99% is because of money , same with the players , they all may say something diffrent But at the end of the day , its all about the Green , if you know what i mean , no coach wants to get up at 5 every morning , or stand in the Rain , snow , or even 100 degree weather , just because he wants to , they do it for one thing , To Feed there Familys and to pay there bills ,yeah some teams may look a lil better to diffrent coaches , but its still about the Green , when all is said and done ......

If I'm Ross and I want Tom Gamble, this is what I do:

Pay him in silver. Dress Jason Taylor up like Xerxes and shower him in ancient greek coin:
