And just like that..... we have a GREAT shot at getting in the playoffs

Nobody wants to hear this but it's preferable to get into the playoffs at 9-7 instead of 10-6. I posted that last week. If we improve from 7 wins to 10 wins, that places us in the mode to likely regress next season. It would be very tough to manage 10 wins or more after an improvement of 3 games. But if we make a relatively modest jump of 2 games, that puts 10+ into play if everything broke well.

I just hope they don't change a thing by letting more teams get in the playoffs, its perfect the way it is.

Also would like to add that many of us realized the SD win over the Broncos was huge and I felt like this was the most likely outcome with both Baltimore and the Dolphins losing at least one game.

I fully expect our game and the Ravens game to get flexed to a late game next week so Baltimore, Miami and SD all play at the same time. If we play early and win SD has nothing left to play for.

Can't believe that they didn't flex our game vs. the Jets to 4:00PM.
At least the SD game is at home for the Chargers so they will at least be playing in front of their home fans so they may at least not entirely give up. They are also playing for a winning record on the season. KC also has absolutely nothing to play for, and if they play J. Charles and risk their ENTIRE season playing him in that game Reid is the idiotic person in the world.

The thing is if CIN whacks BAL then we wont have to worry as long as we win, the SD is an insurance game so right now its a toss up.

Ideally they would flex SD to the early game but that can't happen with them being on the west coast. The Miami game should definitely be flexed to 4:00 and the Baltimore game could be an option for NBC, though the Dallas-Philly game is going to be the much better game with more on the line potentially.

It's true. It's rare to make huge leaps in the NFL, but methodical building of a franchise sets teams up for long term success. Getting into playoffs this year, regardless of how we do it or how we do when we get there, will do wonders for team development.

Is it ever Tannehill's fault?

I'll put the blame on him when he gets ANY help and doesn't perform. Yesterday was a joke effort by the OL, Hartline, the RBs, and the coaching staff. It is impossible to judge a QB when the defensive ends are beating him to his 5 step drops.

I seriously cannot watch other games any more because poor OL play makes me jealous. I am amazed when a team's OL blocks the other team.

And where the F were the in game adjustments? Jesus Christ, I want to punch Mike Sherman in the face.

Not here on TanneHeaven bro. You know that.

Already jumped off the wagon after one bad game where he had zero time to do anything? Please, just don't jump back on again if he has a big game this week and gets us to the playoffs.

You twist in the wind more than Clabo playing Mario Williams.
