He will undoubtedly be reinstated. What your all missing is that Mueller is the GM that traded him from the Saints to us. Should be interesting.

Maybe we will offer a second and sixth round pick and ricky wiillams to grab detroits #2 pick. Of course they would also get our first.
IM certain Cam plans to draft a RB already on day one

Yep, he broke the rules before Godell was the commish. If he bans him from the league for another year, I'd smell a lawsuit coming

After hearing the Ricky Williams applied for reinstatement I was excited. However, Now after seeing how hard the NFL and Goodell came down on Pacman Jones and Chris Henry, I think it's is unlikely that Ricky will be reinstated into the NFL.

If you have an opinon/s on this issue please state them...
Goodell was not Commish when Ricky was suspended so I doubt he can hold that against him

I'm not the biggest Ricky fan (i was at one time though), but he has paid his dues & he's done his time. I don't think Goodell can/will/should punish him anymore. Pac-Man got suspended for what he did recently, it would make no sense to continue to punish Ricky after he's done everything that has been asked of him to do. If anything, Pac-Man will be the example the league will use, not Ricky. Afterall, what Ricky did is peanuts compared to everything Jones has done in the past.

I believe that Ricky will be reinstated, & will either play for us or be traded.

there is no doubt in my mind, he will be back next year in a miami #34 uniform and he and ronnie will BOTH rush for over 1,000 yards. and for godell... ricky has served his time and godell has no reason not to reinstate ricky. he has be clean for about three years.

He will be reinstated and then his career will fade off into the sunset- whether it be here or somewhere else. It’s a shame he had all the talent in the world with absolutely no passion for the game. After getting caught the first time a man with passion would have prioritized his life. We all saw where he put football as he committed the same offenses two more times. We also found out the real reason he quit- he was worked too hard.

So many times I hear a player say I would like the ball on every play. That is not Williams and that is why I believe he is in the twilight of his career. A running back at 30 is a running back ready to retire- the running backs that make it past 30 are running backs with passion. I have yet to see passion from him- only talent.

of course he will. He's played by the rules. He's had nothing but good reviews since Toronto.

and he's gonna help us out like crazy. I'm more worried foe Joey Porter than RW.

WHY??? Ricky sat out a whole year for doing a lot less than what Pacman and others have done. He served his penalty...let him play!!!
