I think he was referring to no football-related anything for a while now more than how the draft played out.

I was thinking along the same lines as Westside when I opened this thread. But after reading a few posts it became clear.

And God bless girls day at the spa so I could watch the draft.

I used to be a hockey fan. That was before the Bettmanification of the league though. I still watch it every now and then, but it's not the same.

We'll also see what the Fins do with guys like Randy Starks, or the other guys we need to sign to extensions. (Wanted to post something Dolphins related) :)

Speaking of Starks it was cool to see him at the uniform unveiling. I think it shows he wants to be here and that we want him here for a long time.

It is a little sad and empty, given all the discussion, analysis, etc that's ratcheted up over the year. Like Nubs observed, the mad race to sign UFAs should be interesting and maybe hopeful also. Beyond that though, some of us still have the 4 games of the NBA Finals to look forward to :up:
