Just flipped on the TV and low and behold. The Dolphin game all over again. NFLN.
At least I am seeing good offensive play minus the 4th down stop where Cameron dropped one right in the bread basket.
We turn ball back over to them on downs.
If we had played as well (offensively) throughout the entire game, I would imagine the score would not look as bad as it does.
It looks real bad if you did not notice.
But Tannehill, Parker, Landry, Grant looked pretty good. Need work, but could get much better with two more practice (pre-season) games. Unlike Landry to drop balls as he did last night.
Line even looked okay. Especially on the first touchdown pass to Stills. He "TH" had all day and the ball was money. O Line not great, but okay. Serviceable. Can get much, much better. I think they will!

But there is hope gentlemen. We can move the ball and hopefully we can score at least two touchdowns in the first half in the regular season. Hope the defense does not make it where we need 30 points every game or more.
Lets see if our much anticipated defense lives up to its potential.
Things may not be as bad as we might think.
At least, I hope things are not as bad as they looked last night!

One more observation. Later in the game, Pead probably had the longest run of the night. This is the second time he impressed. Could be some very hard decisions looming in regards to the back field.
Pead might just be better and more consistent than expected.

Go Phins!!!!

Anyone else notice how pouncy looks between his legs right before he hikes the ball? Because he does that, every time... smh.

Tanne threw three touchdowns in a row before our second score. One to parker. Parker drops it. One to laundry under duress, beautiful throw, laundry drops it, and then finally a perfect throw to stills for the td. Good job Tanne!

That pass in the flat to Pead for the almost touchdown was another good looking play. He was wide open. Should have scored. Play just before the Stills TD.
But that catch for the TD by Stills was a beauty. Tight ass window, on the money TH. Good concentration by Stills. Good route. Great pass protection.
Give Tannehill a couple extra seconds and this team can go places.

I was glad i turned on the TV. There are some positives to come from this game.
But most importantly, we are learning and learning the hard way. Maybe we need this adversity right now. We will need to address adversity when we go the Seattle and Cheaterville.

No, but I will from now on. Thanks.

I recorded the game and watch the first half again today. The starting oline actually did good on pass protection for the most part. They were bad at run blocking. It was hard looking at our LBs thought. I mean we have 3 back ups as our starters at this point.

Ozzy rules!!

The defense is horrible. Get better LBs. Maybe Vigil can help as a thumper

Just watched Tyrod avoid pressure and deliver a bomb on the money.

Wish our guy could do that.

Than watched Olivier Vernon destroy the guynin front of him. I have a feeling were going to really regret the decision to let him go. Has been unstoppable so far. He's only 25 too smh...

Funny, when Vernon was here most people complained that he was limited.
