Aparrently Channing Crowder is very important...

If the phins don't use their first round pick on a MLB and a 2nd or 3rd on a OLB, I will be furious!
 
They did pretty well in the second half. Held them scoreless and should've forced two turnovers if not for the Gerbil and a positivly horrific call. Crowder ain't that important.
 
I saw 2 linebackers play OUTSTANDING today
to bad they didn't play for the Dolphins

Has there ever been a game that Crowder or Akin played in there life
that was as dominant as Ryans and Cushing did today...yet you still say Crowder is all that...Didn't you see the Texan linebackers today???
 
just goes to show you we need significant upgrades to all our linebacking positions.. Crowder would be a very good situational, back up backer.. He is no starter though
 
Crowded was missed. When he was out vs the pats, maroney shredded our d. Arian foster looked like a superstar against us. It was sickening to watch. Crowder is not the greatest but he is solid and it effects the defense when he is out. It showed today.
 
Channing Crowder needs to be replaced longterm, but people need to stop acting like him getting an extension has hampered this team longterm. The organization couldn't fill all of its holes in one offseason so players like Channing were signed to extensions because a better guy just wasn't made available to this team. This isn't baseball, where contracts are guaranteed from the moment of signing.

In short, signing Crowder did not prevent us from continuing to improve the MLB position, but it locked up a reasonable placeholder for that position until the right guy comes through the draft or FA.

Again and I have said this a million times before. Much of the hatred of Channing Crowder stems from the fact that his dumb *** popped off at the mouth all offseason and was threatening to sign somewhere else because he self admitted that he was a top MLB in the league.

His problem is that his mouth writes a ton of checks his body and mind cannot cash. It would be one thing if she just showed up to work and did the best he could with what talent he has. No, he runs his mouth and makes himself and his team look like dip****s.

IMO, there is almost NOTHING worse than a big mouth who cannot back up his talk.
 
The Dolphins need to draft at least 4 linebackers, which sucks but It has to be done. We have no playmakers at OLB or ILB other than maybe Wake. It's going to be a huge overhaul on defense next year with another year of more growing pains ending in another average record.Could see at last 3 new starters at Linebacker, a new starting Safety , and a new starting NT.

"When linebacker Channing Crowder was forced out of the game with a foot injury on the game's first series, Houston quickly began exploiting communication errors within Miami's defense...'We came in at halftime and got everybody on the same page and had a better, more successful second half,'" linebacker Reggie Torbor said.
 
Chandra Chowder sux and so do the rest of the inside LB's and Gabril Wilson...they need to go ASAP.
 
The DC needs to go as well, he can't seem to get the right defense to cover the TE and it took him 27 points before he figured out how the stop the mighty Texans. LMAO
