Bean counter may be a little understated for our Executive Vice President Football Administration. She's actually a lawyer (with a Juris Doctorate and a member of the New York Bar), an Accountant (CPA) with a Masters degree in Business and Finance. Her qualifications are pretty incredible. My hunch is that they appoint a GM reporting to her. The GM has the talent evaluation skills but make no mistake, she is the negotiator and she is very tough. She let's the scouts and talent evaluators do their work and then she holds them all accountable. A radical concept - accountability.
