Apparently the Fins are in trouble for not letting Hobos sleep in the stadium

Ross is big in spin-doctor marketing game experience ... the stadium announcers could rename the Bull Rush ... the Bum Rush!!

Will they allow tail-gating from shopping carts?

Politicians have to find a place other than the public libraries and public parks which the homeless often seek sanctuary / refuge.

It's to create a more ideal outlet that may diminish various problems the homeless can create in places of high public use (particularly when obtrusive, panhandling, or territorial behaviors occur).
 
Wow, with the exception a few, most of these comments are disappointing. The lack of compassion is disturbing, as are the lame childish jokes. That could be your father, or maybe even you one day! You may get in a car wreck and end up a paraplegic. Wife will leave you, no job, barely getting unemployment and injury benefits, get hooked on pain killers, and end up on the street. Don't ever think that your cozy little life can't dissappear in a split second.

I dont know whats worse these homeless people on corner asking for handouts or these rich owners and players getting rich on taxpayer hangouts.

Maybe we can have concession workers come in and babysit while these bums sleep all over the stadium.

Maybe parking lot attendants can help cook up black tar heroin as well.
 
I think those supporting this ****amamy idea from the state of Florida are missing the point. Those saying, "it is not a big deal" or "don't get your panties in way" are missing the point. If you DO care for the homeless and feel for the them, how is this program HELPING these people.

This is not helping their money issues. This is not helping housing issues. This is not helping their substance abuse issues which is why the majority of people are on the streets.

The thought of housing people at a stadium just seems a bit strange. That's why people are making jokes about it. The government has some really stupid ideas and this is one of them. Why not have them inside a large building specifically designed for something like that? The government wastes so much damn money on stupidity that they could build large places to have these people instead of putting them at a stadium.

Where are these people sleeping inside of the stadium that's so great? You know they aren't sleeping on the couches in the club level. They aren't getting on the field I would hope. So what's so different about the stadium from say an overpass?

And as soon as these people wake up, they're looking for food and money.

LOL...they're not finding either in that neighborhood. They can go hang out in the Wal-Mart parking lot across the street if they'd like but the people who shop at Wal-Mart are damn near as poor as they are. Maybe they can raid the trash dump behind the Burger King for food but that's about it...

Get these scrubs out of the stadium.

Maybe we should call it No Life Stadium.

Fat people piss me off as well.

Especially at the gym with their wheezing on the treadmills.

Also on airplanes. Can't stand getting seated next to fat people in first class. No idea how those people in coach can deal with it.

I second this, had to sit next to this cow of a lady a few weeks ago. Her fat rolls flopper over the armrest and lay on top of me. She then proceeded to complain about how all we get is pretzels and a soda. Must of been easily 400 pounds. Should of made her buy 2 seats since she was taking half of mine.

Not trying to be mean, but cmon now. If you know your kinda big and require more than 1 seat, buy one.
