Not sure how true, but I've heard of people having to submit paper work to Coral Gables in order to get approval to paint the INSIDE of the house!

That is BS. Nobody can tell you what paint color you put on your walls. Not even Coral Gables.

Now we just need to know how many thousands of those will be empty at home games .
