Not all they way, but I'm MORE than willing to take the gamble. When it comes to the quarterback position, you have to be willing to take risk, or you'll never be good.

He's done more in the league than RG3 or Luck! Not saying he is better, but presenting facts. Yes, he was a 7th round pick, but that really doesn't matter. Some QB's translate to the NFL better than others.

I'm sold on him if Philbin is confident enough to bring him in. Regardless I don't think we should trade up for RG3.

I don't need a comeback wasn't talking to me . Still would like to know his point though. Flynn has 2 starts.

The point was that Moore's 6-3 record as a starter last year was deceiving because of the teams he beat. Beating Buffalo who regressed heavily throughout the year twice, the Chiefs, the Redskins, the Raiders, and the Jets. Out of those wins, I would say only the Raiders and Jets were semi-impressive. The rest should have been a given. Matt Moore has more tape, but his record doesn't mean anything because of the teams that he beat. That was my point, which should have been obvious from the start.

Like everyone else I don't know. There is a very small track record to judge by. If the Fins go after him hot and heavy then you should have a pretty good idea of his abilities. If they're just "luke warm" then you know he's not the answer. I think Philbin should know him better than anyone else and if they pursue him, you know they have his endorsement. He needs to prove himself early on and I'm sure he's not going to bring in Flynn if he doesn't think he's the
answer. I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough.

Just don't see how you can compare Moore and Flynn at this stage but go ahead. I'm all for Flynn competing against Moore though.

Sorry it takes more than 2 games to prove you can play in the NFL. I'll go with the potential franchise Qb's thank you.

It also takes more than big12 and pac12 defenses to prove you can play in the NFL.

Flynn has shown he can play at a elite level in the NFL.

Where do you see that I compared Moore and Flynn? I'd love to know, because I didn't. You're trying to argue against a point that wasn't made.

To help you out here: I said that if Philbin believes Flynn can succeed as a starter, then I will support him as he knows better than anyone else when it comes to Flynn's capabilities. I then said that Moore's record as a starter last year was deceiving to somebody whose argument was that Matt Moore was 6-3. Those are mutually exclusive thoughts.
