Honestly how it looks now to me. We'll see what else comes out, but if anything what I take from all of this is that Richie really did start to turn his life around for the better and got hurt because of it. Isn't that how it always goes?

No matter how this turns out, even if Incognito is proven to be 100% in the clear, Richie will forever be labeled as a racist and a bully in the court of public opinion. The majority usually picks a side and will never change that opinion, no matter the evidence.
