I posted this than 20 minutes later McDaniel basically said there is no way in hell he's playing.

It’s tough for me to understand why they can’t put an insert in Armstead’s shoe to protect this toe. Never had this kind of injury, so I’m in the dark completely.

Likely no Tua. Im thinking Armstead is shot for this year. He was a shell of himself against the Bengals. Toe injuries heal very very slowly and often are never fixed. See OJ McDuffie...

Toe injuries are slow to heal. He needs to take a shot in the toe before the game, wrap the toe..then all better.
