I was browsing through ESPN.cam and I found an article on Matt Roth written at about the time of the Senior Bowl. For those who are interested it discusses his limmited size and quick burst off the snap.

Good article, although a few paragraphs were repeated. I like the fact that he practices hard. I think this team in the past has suffered from lazy practices which have hurt the team come gametime.

Here's to seeing 99 and 98 meeting head on in several NFL backfields this fall and for a few years to come. Let's hope they don't kill each other when they do! I'd hate to be a QB sandwiched between them!

Matt Roth is bigger than Dwight Freeney and the same size as Simeon Rice and KGB. Ihate when guys get labeled for there size and not the way they play the game.

He weighed 278 at the combine, thats heavier than any end we've had in a while.
