Avatar needed for my G'Pa - DONE

Hello everyone,

I need to have an avatar made to honour my wife's GrandPa who passed away today.

He was a huge basketball fan, and was inducted into his college hall of fame, Northern Michigan. He was hoping to be able to stay alive for March Madness but at least he was able to watch Niagara win last night.

I am looking for an Avatar that has a basketball, then inside Thomas Kirby, and underneath RIP 03-14-07.

Thanks mate, he was and it was a fun one as I played rugby for Niagara's club team, when I lived across the border in Canada so it had some meaning for us.
