AVG > Chubb as pass rusher right now?

Nope. Chubb is better at generating pressure. AVG is playing well. Huge impact plays, but let’s keep it real.

I think statistically using the fancy charts they say AVG is slightly ahead of Chubb but both are doing well.

Man, our depth across the board has been so good this season.

Of course he is. He is a better rusher and can drop and play coverage, and mike backer. Definitely more impact.

yeah but I like how disruptive chubb has been the latest weeks in a row

Chubb had a near sack today but lost it when he went for the ball (he just missed it) instead of tackling Howell, who somehow slipped away.

I can’t blame him for trying to create the turnover….

He is playing lights out football at the moment.
Ogbah mostly likely gone after this season and Phillips coming back from a very significant injury.
These are the reasons he would be the third FA I would resign after Austin Jackson and Wilkins.

Ogbah is a huge liability in the run game.

Guy is playing his way to a very nice contract. Would hate to lose him.

These guys play off of each other.

Sometimes OCs will try to scheme around a certain guy, leaving another open to make plays. Given that AVG and Ogbah are filling in for JP and dont have a lot of plays on film, you can easily infere that Washington tried to take Chubb out of the equation and roll the dice on AVG and Ogbah.

Im just glad to have so much quality depth on our team that we have reached a "next man up" level of play.
