Ross sees improvement and still has faith in his GM.
Because if he didn't he'd would just come out and say so?

Out of the 20 or 30 skill players Ireland has drafted none of them have been dynamic game changers. Do people seriously have faith that he's going to draft 3 or 4 of them in the upcoming draft? Because thats probably what it'll take to save his job next year. There's a really good chance Ireland will be fired before the end of next season even if he has a good draft and offseason for him, fans aren't coming back next year no matter what he does. Why risk him having another one of his typical offseasons?
Heres a list of all the skill players we've drafted since 2008, 29 of them. None of them have proven to be a consistently dynamic game changing type of player. None of them would unseat any New England Patriot starter. Isn't 0 for 29 enough punishment for you people?

Whats really sad is Chris Chambers was the last dynamic type player we've drafted and that was all the way back in 2001, eleven years ago. Before that we had a nice little run drafting Zack Thomas in 96, Jason Taylor and Sam Madison in 97 and Patrick Surtain in 98.
We've only drafted one really good skill player in close to 15 years and some people have to wonder why the fan support is starting to suffer...

Dolphins, Marlins, Hurricanes.....
South Florida is the worst sports town in the country, period.
If Jeff Ireland goes to Steve Ross and tells him that his plan for free agency is to sit tight and wait for the draft -- with 40 million in cap room and guys like Jennings and Wallace primed to hit free agency -- he should be fired on the spot. And probably beaten with a cane.
