Ben Tate a Dolphin?

Could work with Miami having the Texans' old O-Line coach. He knows what needs to be done, specifically for the success of Ben Tate.

That said, he probably wants more money than Miami should spend. We'll see, I guess.

Meh. He's another guy that gets hurt when he gets more playing time. If he can pass block he'd be an upgrade over what we have but I would rather get younger at the position. Tate doesn't look like he has much left in the tank to be honest. His stats were nearly identical to Miller's except he runs behind a better O-line.

Tate averages almost 5 ypc for his career, he has just been stuck behind Foster. He would be a huge upgrade.

Tate would carry just as many question marks as any of the RB's we should target in the 3rd and 4th rounds, and he'll be a lot more expensive.

I hope so !!! Been wanting him on our team

Tate would for sure be an upgrade over D.Thomas! Just about any back would. Also, for the record the few times I've watched him play I've been impressed. Break enough tackles, Good vision, runs with attitude and has enough speed to create BIG plays.

to me offensive line upgrade and running back are hand in hand. whether through the draft or FA.
the verdict is in on Thomas and jury out on Miller being everydown backs
