Benny Sapp or Will Allen ?

If it boils down to a decision on which one of these CBs to cut.........which one do we cut?!

I must admit, Sporano has a helluva hard job this time around in some areas of cuts.
 
Based on tonight, Will Allen. He looked good. Tough call though, cause he will always be an injury concern too.
Hard to wrap around Sapp being considered after what he was like last year, but he has stepped up a bit.
 
Both, i'd prefer benny though, seems a bit more healthy and aggressive.
 
I'll give Sapp the edge since Allen has the injury concerns but honestly I hope they keep BOTH
 
Can we keep 6 DBs and 6 WRs? I guess it depends what they do with the WRs if they keep all 6 of those DBS. I dunno.
 
Will allen was once our number one.. He, when healthy, was a top 15 corner. Hes better than benny but is he worth his contact?

I'd keep 5 WRs and 6 DBs. but if we're keeping less than 6 DBs I would think Carroll would be on the bubble before Allen or Sapp. Wilson also. I don't even think Sapp or Allen are in danger of not making the team. Maybe I'm dead wrongzy but I doubt it.
 
I would cut Carroll too. I think we keep Wilson even though he may not be the best right now, but he has flashed some nice game out there and instincts for the ball..... and seems to have a high ceiling.
Only reason not to keep Allen would be the injury concerns...I would think.
 
If I have to watch Sapp against the WRs of Houston, Pats, San Diego, etc I will throw up in.my mouth!
 
I wouldn't cut either and just keep 6 CB's, but if I had to choose, a healthy Will Allen definitely stays, and he damn sure looked healthy last night.

this is what i think. the lightbulb hasnt really gone on for carroll and sapp and allen are vets who have made plays in the past. thats what this team needs more than anything. someone who can catch the damn ball! course allen used to have reputation for dropping balls right in his gut.
