Big O: Hearing Peyton Manning to Dolphins, Reggie Wayne might follow

If Miami some how gets Manning It will be the first Super Bowl winning quarterback Miami has had since Bob Griese!

Culpepper was also never a great QB and wasn't nearly as smart of a QB as Manning is. Even if Peyton isn't as healthy he makes up for it w/ smarts. W/ that said even at 100% good health and w/ better talent around him he only made 2 SBs and only made one. It would be a risky move for Miami but probably one worth taking if he is anywhere close to healthy especially if it gets Wayne w/ him too. Even Peyton at 70% w/ Wayne and Marshall would make that O almost impossible to deal w/ until January.

Culpepper was hugley overrated. Never did a damn thing without his two pro-bowl reveivers in the lineup. Total waste on Miami's part but that isn't even the worst decision that Randy Mueller and Satian ever made and as ****y as Mueller was as a GM ****ing it didn't even hold a candle to the abortion that was Rick Spielman. Those two GM's killed the Miami Dolphins along with Wayne Huizenga.

Bernie Kosar won one w/ Dallas in '93 then played w/ Miami. of course he wasn't the starter and didn't play but technically he was a SB winning QB

please give up on manning people. i love him, he's one of the greatest qb's of this generation (i'd say the best light years ahead of brady biatch from an intellectual standpoint alone). the man is one dirty bart scott hit away from never walking again. even if he does come back he's going to be so petrified of getting hit his decisions will be altered dramatically. matt moore is fearless and with a full season of workouts and training camp he could easily be our version of alex smith. with the switch to the 4-3 our defensive line would be absolutely ruthless with the addition of mathis or super mario. its time to just be smart and draft the BPA and keep building our team and go for a playoff birth. when you have a piece of trash owner like ross, it is what it is. he's going to bring in some "name" in another poor attempt at selling tickets to a franchise that has given me stomach ache after stomach ache year in and year out. our best bet is to keep matt moore, draft a mid round qb and if we suck trade up for barkley next year. this team isn't elite unless we get andrew luck and even he isn't taking us to the superbowl in year 1.
I pretty much agree with all of this.

Thats 10 seconds of my life I will never get back....... Not elite without Andrew Luck?? WOW!

Yep,so true! I had seriously forgotten about Kosar! Even though I was at the game where he started for an injured Dan Marino against the Saints! Thanks for refreshing my memory...I really haven't gotten use to being old!:)

I love how things have changed in a positive way! If Manning and Wayne somehow lands here I think it would be huge! I have alot of respect for Philbin! To go through what he has been through and his main priority is making the Dolphins better! I think alot of fans of other teams will be pulling for Philbin and the Dolphins as well!

i think the dolphins have everything peyton wants..philbin is very impressive and will make it a no-brainer for manning...the only team that worries me is arizona...

A neck injury to a QB is like a Achilles injury to a RB.We need to be very careful in evaluating his progress because if hes not even close to 100% i dont want him.

Flynn is the safest option imo.

If the same docs that evaluated Brees will be evaluating Peyton, we are in trouble.

I'd much rather bring in Manning with Garcon than Wayne. I think that both of those guys would take cheaper contracts to play together (Manning already said he'd play for an incentive laden deal) and imagine that deep threat on the other side of Marshall with Bess in the slot and Manning slingin the rock... Wow. If Clay could develop into a good seam threat a la Aaron Hernandez we would be a top 2-3 passing game in the league.

Question regarding arizona,

How the hell do u pay a guy that much money, with the crazy no offseason last year
And then turn around and try to replace him?

if they get manning they must draft a QB, tannehill makes sense then

i am white genius, but i certainly don't want the fastest receiver on my team being a white guy. i'm sorry but i go by stereotypes because i play probabilities. white receivers are fantastic shifty slot guys that have a knack for getting open. not mike wallace sideline burners. sorry pal, i'm a realist.

Wow. You're also an idiot.

By the way, Flynn was a 7th rounder, not a 3rd you ignorant dip****
