Biggest Choke in Years

Wannyheimer, give me some reason to believe in Philbin? I feel like I am watching reruns with his teams. There is no consistency beyond their inconsistency.

I don't think he's the guy. Sorry.

I'm not a big fan of Joe Philbin. So you're not going to get a reason from me.

The only thing I can say is that I think he is handling the development of the QB the right way. It is not Joe's fault that he doesn't have an offensive line or any credible rushing threats.

Im actually very happy we got shut out. Us as fans needed this to bring us back down from our cloud of false realities thinking this Dolphins team was worth more than a pile of s**t. The more Buffalo scored the happier I became. I just wished it was TD's instead of FG's. This Dolphins team is an embarrassment to their fan base. The losses we need will bring the changes we need.

Wasn't shocked at all. Fans got way too excited by the win last week. To be swept by the Bills is inexcusable. Please stop talking about the playoffs.

I see DT wore his panties again for this game as well.

How can anybody on the team have any pride, letting Buffalo shut them out. Pathetic.

The team was not prepared to play - at all. They must have been out swaggering all night at the Buffalo clubs after curfew.

It looked like the team leading the NFL in sacks dominated the team leading the league in giving up sacks to me. Not much of a choke.

It wasn't really a choke. The Bills match up extremely well against us and brought their A game. This was their Super Bowl.

I don't think the game situation even mattered. We just can't block their DL and our linebackers can't handle their RBs. They're going to give us problems next year, too.

Agree, at least with comments on their D. We can learn to stop the run though. Their D owned us in a fashion that defines the word, "owned".

This is the number one thing for this game.

Fair enough. We should have hired him as QB coach and not head coach, maybe.

I think this may have been our biggest regular season choke ever. This was an emotionless effort by the whole team and Philbin is a joke of a coach. This team has had way too many of these type of lackluster performances.

This is the number one thing for this game.

So 53 total yards (taking away the bomb to hartline) in a game against a bad team isn't a choke? 13 ****ing yards per quarter isn't a choke job? Was that the 85 bears defense we just played. You're clueless if you think that wasn't a choke job.

I am sick to my stomach. This whole season has been a joke.

This whole FRANCHISE has been a joke since the early 2000's, nothing this year has changed that - nevertheless people will be complaining during the offseason/preseason next year that the Phins don't get enough respect, all you need to do is point out the TWO ass kickings that Thad Lewis and his below average Bills delivered to this team
