We need to find a competent GM and he needs to hire an EXPERIENCED Head coach. No more rookie heads coaches. We need to blow this thing up and find someone who can actually draft players who can get on the field.Our 2013 draft sucks!! Dion Jordan is a part time player?? Bill Polian would straighten things out. Scott Pioli is an upgrade over Ireland. Hell, a retarded chimp is an upgrade over Ireland. Tony Sparano looks like Vince Lombardi compared to Philbin.:crazy:

You must be joking. Polian's drafts have been awful for like the past decade. And Pioli is a relative of Bill Parcells.

Have you noticed that we have almost no contribution from the 2013 draft??? Have you noticed the talented O-Line Ireland built?? Yes Polian. I don't care if Pioli is related to Parcells. He is better than Ireland!
 
Gruden would have this team in the SB in 2-3 yrs , I would even think of giving Rob Ryan a chance !!!!!!
 
I don't care who it is at this point......Throwing darts at a board would produce better drafts than Ireland has.
 
Get Cowher or Billick and give either of them full control. How much worse can it get at this point? We have been through basically 10 years of this, why not try something different and get someone proven?
 
I seriously wonder, if a guy like Mel Kiper or Mike Mayock actually picked our players instead of just talking about them after the fact, wouldn't we be WAY better than what Ireland has compiled?
