Well guys, I have been reading posts and I can say that most of them are way to homerish for me. The Bills fans and the Fin fans are both spewing some rediculous stuff. However, To all the Dolphin fans that are saying Buffalo is the worst team in the league and that they could never go 0-2 cause the bills are coming in is rediculous. 1 Blown call by a ref and the game can flip either way. Same for the Bills fans that are saying its a lock and the Bills will get all over Pep..

The reality of this game and this rivalry is that no matter how good or bad one of the teams is they almost always play close. The last 6 have been split at 3-3. The bills can not stop the ground game at all, but Mularkey is known for trying to outsmart the other team and he might try and pass thinking the Bills will stack up on the run. He is not a good play caller. The Bills will have success going down field on the Dolphins secondary.

I see this game being a 3 or 4 point game with Buffalo leading probably all game like last season but not my more than a few points. Then in normal Bills fashion they will find a way to lose it. My prediction is 20-17. Unfortunately Fins on top. However, If the Bills do indeed find a way to limit the Dolphin ground game then they have as good of a shot at winning as the Fins do.

Good post. I don't see how some of you guys can be so confident about this game. Neither team has shown anything spectacular so far, granted it's only the second game. This should be a hard fought battle won by a few points near the end. I don't see either team blowing out the other.

I think Mularkey is a fine play caller.

But since this is a fins forum and I'm not sure why you are posting here, I say we destroy buffalo 34-0.

Im Worried a bit about this one...Bills have a lot of playmakers unfortunately for Bills fans they are inconsistant but if a few of them (Evans/WM/Losman) are "on" its going to make it very tough.. the Fact that Spikes might be out gives me some comfort...Should be the typical afce slugfest. If its close then then IMHO the Bills are going to have problems the Heat will take its toll by the 4th quarter and might make the difference.

That's because youve only seen him for one real game so far. Wait till he starts costing you wins, You'll come around. And your prediction just shows how little you know about football. Since when do you have to be a fan of a teams forum to be on it? Is that a new rule?

Bills just wont be able to stop our run which is the wildcard.. and i think our secondary will out play theirs having strips taken off them all week by Saban.

I wasn't worried about the Bills until I saw them against the Patriots. JP Loseman looked better than I thought he would.

I agree with the Bills fan, this will be a hard fought game. I usually wager on some games and this is not one of the games Im putting my money on. I hate divisional game no matter how good one team looks on paper, its always a close game. And that goes for all other divisions.
If we can somehow correct the Oline problem from a few days ago, and "tweak" the secondary so there won't be breakdowns, have relentless pressure on the qb kind of like how the chargers got to A. Brooks. Oh and have Cpep in sync with Chambers, then hell yea we'll kill em. But unless we don't do all those Im afraid it'll be one of those close game against rivals.

I think Chambers will have 15 catches for 238 yards and a score.

....it could happen. I just hope we kill Buffalo, cause they suck so bad.

Buffalo should be in the CFL (They're close enough to the border) and then they might win some games, and make it to the playoffs.

I don't know about you guys, but i like my buffalo medium rare/ well done.

Mind you that I'm always loathe to predict a blowout, but this is going to be a blowout.

The key factor will be Daunte Culpepper. People may think that Daunte showed something new against the Steelers (as in a new trend of suckiness) but he really did not. The Steelers game represents the kind of game Daunte is and has always been prone to having against top quality defenses when you don't give him run support and your defense has trouble getting off the field. That will probably always be the case, too.

But Daunte is also prone to having those unbelievable outings when he completes over 70% of his passes, throws a bunch of touchdowns, rushes for some yardage, and wins the game...against questionable defenses. Simply put, he is and always has been a matchup nightmare for low quality defenses. His arm is too much for their secondary to handle, his legs are too much for their defensive line to handle.

Add to that the Dolphins' offensive skill set with Chambers, Booker, Welker, McMichael, and Brown, and there are just too many viable options for the Bills defense to handle. I'm not saying we'll score 38 points. I am predicting more along the lines of 24 points with a HEAVILY lopsided time of possession.

On defense the Bills will just not be able to string together drives. For all the flack that our secondary got for their play last week, they had three communications errors that resulted in touchdowns. Take those errors out and Charlie Batch was throwing for a piss poor ypa, and not a very good percentage either.

What the Steelers had that allowed them to string drives together in the second half, was three of the best bangers in the business on the inside in Alan Faneca, Jeff Hartings, and Kendall Simmons. They WORE US DOWN on the inside. The Bills inside trio of Reyes, Fowler, and Villarial look like amateurs compared to last week's trio. That's ok; most inside trios including our own look like amateurs compared to Faneca-Hartings-Simmons.

The Bills have neither the will, nor the means to do the same thing (wear us down on the inside). Their Martz-style offense is predicated on speed. Peerless Price, Lee Evans, Roscoe Parrish, and even tight end Kevin Everett are all athletically gifted and fast. Luckily for the Dolphins, we're no longer fielding guys like Sam Madison, Lance Schulters, and to some extent even Travis Daniels out there. The Dolphins current foursome represents the most athletically-gifted starting secondary they have fielded in a decade. They can physically run with anyone.

After the prominent miscues last weekend, Nick Saban has been drilling those DBs on communication and calls all week long, guaranteed. They'll still make mistakes, but whereas last week the Steelers were able to make them pay for the mistakes with three touchdowns, I'm modeling one touchdown this week for the Bills, with no ground game, one long field drive that results in a field goal, and one short field drive (from a turnover) that results in a field goal.

Dolphins: 24
Bills: 13

Time of possession heavily in the Fins favor, Daunte passer rating 90+, Ronnie Brown 80-90 rushing yards, one of the three touchdowns to Wes Welker, probably on the inside post.

11 points may not seem like a blowout, but the game will actually feel like the Bills were never in control and never had a real chance of winning.

I couldn't agree more. I think the big key to the game is Spikes. I think he's the best player on the Bills roster. Those hamstring injuries have a way of sticking around for awhile. If he plays, he won't be 100%.

Ronnie Brown has a big day, so says my crystal ball...

Our true team WILL show up this week. Pep in his first home game and every one else steamed about letting the Pitt game slip away. This WILL be our statement game and their is few teams that are in sync the first week. Sit back, eat some buffalo wings, and keep a cold beer in hand because this Sunday will show our true colors and it WILL be a glorious site.:dolphins:

Culpepper is not a good QB anymore. If he ever was. Yes he was good at bombing the rock to Moss but after he left Culpepper was the worst QB in the league in the 5 games he made it through. Chambers is not Moss no matter what anybody says. I can hear the Chambers is better people already.. Take a deep breath before saying it and being rediculous. Think if you want that this game will be a blowout but it wont.

:shakeno: The only thing you got right is Mr. Drop CC is no Moss but if he has his head out of his *** he has the capability to make just as good of plays but the trouble is he don't concentrate. Think it won't be a blowout if you want but don't try and piss down my back and tell me it's raining.
