Boston > Chambers

you people are so sensitive and on the lookout for sarcasm. poor souls.

i'll restate it.

maybe boston will get to show what he's got and catch a ball down the field next time. cross your fingers. kiss kiss.

i'm not even going to get into who is better. it's a dead argument. you can't for a second compare the opportunities they've had against varying defenses and how the qb was performing at the time. boston still hasn't made the long catch in a game nor broken a tackle (what? one last night). so, while i was very excited to see him open last night, and respectfully, i think that had something more to do with the defense they played (some busted zone), maybe next week he can catch a pass for over 10 yards.

...he has been open all preseason!! VS Chicago the corner had to grab his jersey to save a TD...It resulted in a PI call..to question his ability to get open ECSPECIALLY deep is nonsense!

you don't have to have your feet on the ground for rushing TDs. you could dive just over the pylon, feet landing out of bounds, fumbling just beyond the pylon and it's still a TD.

Oh I know that.

It to me just doesn't make sense how one is or isn't.

To me it was just upsetting to see Chambers make a potential game winning catch get called back and then seeing plays like Vicks get credited with a TD.

Chambers is a great athlete.

However the best catch I have ever witnessed was the Oronde Gadsen catch. You know the ballet onehanded catch lol That was amazing.

Boston better than Chambers? what are you smoking? Boston has made all his preseason "catches" in the 3rd and 4th quarters of each game this preseason, against 3rd-rate DBs.

When he starts doing the same thing in the 1st quarters against the first string, then i'll buy in to your theory.

we'll see at the end of this year. mark this thread. we'll come back and laugh at you.

He's not a rookie. He has proven himself against some of the best DB's in the league and made the pro bowl 3 yrs ago.

yeah thank god the jets safety was a real moron and went to intercept it instead of actually hitting gadsden, i loved the catch but the slightest amount of contact would have jarred that one out, easily.

and who's questioning his ability to get open?! what are you talking about? I just want to see results. Is anyone else here, results-oriented?

I could see Boston getting more yrds then Chambers if he stays healthy...

..then complain about lack of "results" on one of the gus sucks threads..dont complain about our WR's results when they are doing there job.

I was thinking about this, when Ronnie and Ricky are both on the field after Ricky's suspension, would you rather have Chambers/Booker/Boston, on the field or have McMike on the field, taking off one of the wideouts? It's a good problem to have, but unfortunately if the QB play doesn't improve, it may not be a problem like it should be for opposing defenses.
