I think we all knew he'd be back. IMO, he's doing it for selfish reasons, however.

By playing for so long he's trying to ensure that no one will ever break his longevity records. I mean, let's be honest, he's an all-time great, but he's not the GOAT. He has records due to two major things: rules changes and longevity. The latter of which is his greatest accomplishment. It is remarkable that he has been able to not only stay healthy, but he's been able to keep his mind in and on the game for so long. He loves football more than his family...or so it seems.

Saying that, he's a huge douche. FTB
