Another thing for McCoy, John Freakin Elway had no problems keeping him on staff through a coaching change. Think he knows about offense a bit and would have piped up if he thought McCOy was incapable. Just saying...

Agreed. Couldn't be a better hire to get the top pick in the 2013 draft. Ross understands the importance of the QB position so much he hired the worst possible candidate to put us in position to get one. Great move Ross...
