Hartline will never be embraced by the elite talent evaluators on this site. It doesn't help that he's a Buckeye, and a lot of forum members are still bitter about the '03 National Championship game.
What has he done for you to feel comfortable about him probably being our #2 WR? People love to point out when others are negative, but when questioned about real life its always a wait and see, or and "only if..." situation. He just isn't a great WR and wouldn't make it as a #3 wr on most teams.
I could care less what he did in college.
Agreed, you have to double cover him or he can go off and get 200 yards on you.
