Brian Xanders interviewing for GM job

Big O thinks he is a lot more connected than he is.
 
Somebody has Brian Xanders as their avatar on Finheaven. I would like to hear from them. I know I saw it over the last couple of weeks but did not know who the avatar was.
 
RUSHING THE INVESTMENT?

how is a guy with that kind of LENGTHY personel jackpots "rushing" things?

rushing things is hiring brian gaine or some other dolt who has dawn apontes approval [meaning she feels she can manipulate him].

OUR BIGGEST NEED IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS A GUY WHO CAN IDENTIFY REAL TALENT AND KNOWS HOW TO WORK THE DRAFT TO GET IT!!

i saw a post last night in one of the threads that some "insider" said the finz are not looking for a gm per say, but a PERSONEL man.

now, THAT is something i can live with. i have believed since it came out that the structure in the office is a 3 headed gm. all controlling the business of the dolphins. weird structure, just as the whole nfl is talking about.

but, i am FINE with all that as long as we have SOMEONE, ANYONE who is in charge with acquiring talent and running the draft. i dont want aponte-ratfinkle-gaine anywhere NEAR our draft room.

there COULD be some actual hope in this mess!!

After everything I've read about this guy, I want him badly now. He seems to have an eye for talent
 
Look at the oline Denver built under Xander, using draft and FA. Impressive stuff. You can't tell me that was all Elway.

Also did it with the Lions. They brought him in to Detroit this past offseason and their offensive line got a LOT better.

Given the situation this team is in right now, this guy's such a good candidate for the job. I just hope we don't screw it up because he's not one of Peterson's boys.

Big Tool is clueless. He liked to talk himself up as if he is the best talent evaluator known to mankind. But in truth, if he were GM of the Dolphins, we'd probably be mired in a historic losing streak. His claim to game is saying he wanted Hakeem Nicks

he doesnt know squat about draft classes. a couple of years ago he was talking about certain prospects and he never even knew who Luke Kuechly was two days before the draft. The guy is a piece of **** too. I could tell you stories about some scumbag things he has done to other people in the biz
