they shouldn't be happy, they downgraded drastically.
Many see it as Elway hiring his long time friend, and also trying to recreate the system that won him 2 Super Bowls which they understand but they don't think they have the players to run that scheme anymore

That's exactly what my dad said about the hire.
that system never got back to a SB w/o Elway and TD.
For the record, I think Kubiak is a great offensive mind. Much like his mentor, Kubiak has shown that he can make a solid OL out of anything and pluck Rbs off the street and make them 1,000 yard rushers. I don't think he and Peyton are a good fit however for a few reasons 1)You need to be fairly mobile due to all the rollouts and Peyton has lost his mobility. 2)You need a fairly strong arm which Peyton's starting to lose and 3)Peyton is gonna want to audible the hell out of the plays
