yeah... it's starting to sound like they quit for him...


something about it being "news to him" when it was suggested he'd be leaving the franchise..... ouch!
 
Thanks for the info PC, can you tell us more about this major blowout. I didn;t see it in any of the articles...do you have any insight as to what happened?
 
So Saban informed other members of the staff Spielman was gone before he told Spielman. Or before Spielman even showed up.

I suggest Nick Saban succeed. Bigtime. Otherwise his detractors will line up with a flurry of juicy tales, embellished and unflattering. Not exactly a lot of finesse or tact and traits like that aren't forgotten if you flop.
 
If the players don't fit, you must quit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
If he quits I don't think he gets his nice little balloon payment, since he "was quitted" as so many of you say is clearly the reason he's still getting his paycheck through 2007. Man i wish i had a job like that :D
