Stop buying the product because the product sucks, not to send a message.

Revenue Sharing means that even if the stadium is completely empty, Ross can still make money. In fact, at that point it becomes counterproductive as the most economical thing for him to do is cut costs... by retaining a no-name coach with a low salary and not picking up the tab for contracts of guys he just fired.

Write letters? :sidelol:

If he doesn't have his ear to the ground, then writing a letter is going to do nothing but contribute toward a hand cramp for his secretary.

Due to revenue sharing, if Ross loses money, other owners start losing money from the losses created by the loss of Miami Dolphins ticket holders and other paraphernalia sales. This could lead to pressure from the other owners on Ross.

Ive seen it so many times, i didnt even watch your vid. I played it in my head. runs out of the room......slowly comes back.

So the answer for all of you is obvious.......Toga party!

Animal House is required viewing. Everyone has to watch it at least once. I have my U.S. Senator Blutarsky poster framed in my office.

I guess some of the responses to Goon Boss's reply dates some of us.

I thought of this, then, considered it too juvenile.

I'm totally up for it now though.

Never ceases to amaze me. Never.

I really thought Animal House was just one of those movies that EVERYONE
has seen, but, more often than not, I'm proven wrong. At this point, it almost
adds to the gag.
It's only juvenile if you use human feces -> as kids we used to use dog poo...

And you have a military history? This is embarrassing.

I started counting back to 1978 and realized, that it's literally longer than a lifetime ago
for some people on this board. Maybe, almost twice a lifetime. I would've thought that all of the 40smoething people in sports
and other media would've kept the pop culture references alive.....Perhaps they haven't.

OTOH, how in the **** have you not gotten stoned/drunk/whatever are watched
"Animal House", "Monty Python Holy Grail" and movies like that? I mean, how does that
happen? It's as important to a man's education in life as learning to drive.

Don't sit down with her with Stripes then

Don't get me started. That was filmed at Ft Knox, KY in the area that was the "Reception Battalion" for
us. You get a glimpse of the PX Shoppette we used at the start of the movie. I recieved much the same
speach as the recruits got in that very same building. The barracks they used were identical to the ones
we had at reception. The log that dude racks himself on? I ran over it. That's really at Ft Knox, at least
as of 1992.

I love that movie.

And you have a military history? This is embarrassing.

I was in the Army for 8 years, and I am telling you, Professor Blutoski at the Faber Military Instititute,
who has more military knowledge than you or I do says it was the Germans, and he has good cause to.
You probably think it was the Japanese.
