Cam Wake snubbed from top 100?

From what I understand this list is the top 100 according to fans, and fans are stupid.

If it were the top 100 rated by the players, then it would definitely be a respectable list. I do believe Wake would easily make top 100 according to players, probably the only Dolphin aside from Jake Long that would make the cut.

It's top 100 according to the players, who are incredibly stupid. McNabb was on the list last year...

Drugs are bad mkay.

Welker is the best WR in the league not named Calvin or Andre. You have to be on drugs to not see that.

you get a thumbs up for nothing more than a South Park reference :hi5:

I thought Cam Wake drew the most holding penalties in the NFL last year...or at least he was top 3 ifrc

And back to the topic at hand, Cam Wake definitely deserves to be on this list. He led the NFL in combined pressures, hits, and sacks, and gets held a ton as well. He's one of, if not the best pass rusher in the league.

Hmm..I wonder who is left tho? Cause I could see Wake being in the top 20..He is a feared pass rusher....and is a force at the LOS...

And yet Wes Welker is rated 23rd. That is an insult to many of the players listed behind him i.e Suh, Lamar Woodley, Eli Manning etc.
The myth of Wes Welker continues to grow.

Another guy mad that our ****ty team didn't know how to use him properly.

Are you crazy? Wes is great at what he does but he's not a #1 WR in this league, there are a ton more valuable than him and his 5 yd dumpoffs- not to mention he cost his team the SB.

Top 100 is voted on by the players.

Nate Solder should be voting Cam Wake #1 a thousand times.

Brady cost them the Super Bowl with and errant pass to Welker.

The defense cost them a Super Bowl by allowing a long lead changing TD drive that won the game.

Welker moves the chains on those 5 yard passes on 3rd down. Those drives lead to all the TD the Patriots score.

Welker is the best slot reciever in the league and has the most receptions over the last 5 years.

Wake not being on the list has to do with lack of production last year. Doesn't bother me, Maybe it will motivate his ass.

You don't make the top 100 with 8.5 sacks. No snub here.

Have to agree with this. Its all about stats when the votes are cast, and has less to do with how well you actually play. Even Sparano confessed to looking up players' stats for other teams when casting his pro-bowl vote.

Something tells me players don't really care about stats, they know who the elite players are, especially in positions were stats are hard to come by. Not to mention, if a player leads the league in holding calls created, pretty much tells me the OT's and Guards have had their fair share of "Oh ****" moments when Cam was tossing them around.

It was a catchable ball, if he makes that catch they are winning that game. he blew it.

Welker needs Moss or the TEs to take attention away from him. He's not a #1 WR, he's great at what he does but he's probably the 3rd most valuable player on that pats O and maybe the 4th.

So Peyton, who didnt play one snap in 2011 deserves to be the 50th best player in 2011.. Lol.. OK.. Definite snub.

Really these list hold 0 credibility. They are worth about as much as the pro bowl.

In other words, if there were an expansion draft you would pick Welker over Suh or Eli Manning? Wow, just insane
BTW, I agree that Welker is a good player, but he's a role player and far from great. He is NOT the 23rd best player in the league and that is my point. Great players will play great in ANY system.
Nice try at manufacturing a false arguement, though.
