Cam Wake snubbed from top 100?

Something tells me players don't really care about stats, they know who the elite players are, especially in positions were stats are hard to come by.

Well that's the way it should be, but its pretty clear in this "Top 100" list, which is created by the players, that stats trump all.

It was a catchable ball, if he makes that catch they are winning that game. he blew it.

Welker needs Moss or the TEs to take attention away from him. He's not a #1 WR, he's great at what he does but he's probably the 3rd most valuable player on that pats O and maybe the 4th.

Gronk doesn't get thos TD's without Wes moving the chains. Never said he was a #1. He is the best slot receiver in the league and has been for 5 years.

Very true, but one would expect a player that creates the most holding penalties against to be listed in the top 100. To me, a holding penalty atleast that high amount of them basically tells that this player beats his oponents so bad, they deem it better to hold him than to allow a QB sack.

Gronk is having success w/ or w/o Welker. D's are gameplanning around him and Hernandez not Welker.

a TE averaging 15 yds per is ridiculous.

13 for Welker was his career high in a full season. previously he had: 10.3, 10.5, 11 &, 9.9. Last year was an aberration

Gronk is NOT one of them. They both had their hands on the ball and didn't bring it in.

Welkers pass, the line of scrimage was the giants 44 and the last pass was thrown from the Patriots 49, Not alot of difference there except Brady's inacurracy on both.

Welker caught every other pass targeted to him except the Brady miscue. 8 targets 7 catches.
and he showed up for the game with almost 100 yards from scrimage.

The guy couldn't move, give me a break.

Welker catches that ball they run down the clock and at least kick a FG to go up 6 leaving the Giants very little time and having to score a TD. Welker blew the game.

he had 60 rec yds on 7 catches, a very Welker like 8.6 yards per rec. RB #s.
