Cam Wake snubbed from top 100?

not sure how we got so far off topic but, Wake clearly deserves to be on this list. If he's not, they better have a better explanation than the decline in sacks. plenty of stats support the fact he is a dominant pass rusher.

Alot of players had great Super Bowls while they were hurt.

Gronk is NOT one of them.
They both had their hands on the ball and didn't bring it in.

Welkers pass, the line of scrimage was the giants 44 and the last pass was thrown from the Patriots 49, Not alot of difference there except Brady's inacurracy on both.

Welker caught every other pass targeted to him except the Brady miscue. 8 targets 7 catches.
and he showed up for the game with almost 100 yards from scrimage.

Gronk did show up for the dance afterwords though.
Alot of players stand on the sidelines in street clothes while they were hurt.

Gronk is NOT one of them.

The only 2 Dolphins on the list this year are Reggie Bush and Jake Long. But that list doesn't matter because nobody in the NFL has a brain and they base their votes on careers instead of the season on which they're voting. Idiots. Defeats the whole purpose of the show.

Clearly Welker isn't on the level of an Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Roddy White etc. because he's never going to get open down the field on the outside and out jump a #1 corner for the football. With that being said, if you can put up 120 catches for almost 1600 yds and 9 TDs, I don't care where you line up on the field you can clearly be a big asset to an offense. The Dolphins never used him properly when he was here, the guy can get open with crossing routes, outs and option routes as well as anybody in the NFL, and he has some of the best hands in the league.
Would he be able to put up the huge numbers he put up last year in MOST NFL offenses? No, but he can still be a very good player no matter where he is. If we played it right we could have had Brandon Marshall, Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski and Drew Brees on our offense. Lolzers.

I ntoiced no Cam Wake, I know he's not a Dolphin anymore but is Marshall on the list? I didn't see his name but was only half paying attention.

Welker is a great WR, i agree. I'd be lying though if I told you i felt bad for him when he dropped the game winning pass in the SB. That was the best part of the game to me.

Myth!?!? He's easily the best slot receiver/possession receiver in the NfL. And it's not close.

Couldn't agree more... don't really know which # he should be but I think he's great.

They did, actually. Just never had a QB that could see him get open. I went to a couple games the year before he got traded and he was wide open on almost every single snap.

wakes a top 100 player...guy has to stand on his head for this damn team...not being on the list is almost like how they left eli off in 2011...although at the time i understood that one then more than i do wake now

You don't make more than 8.5 sacks when you are by far the most held player in the league. Cam Wake should be on this list.

Exactly! Correct me if im wrong but the Matthews kid had 8.5 sacks too right???? I thought I read somewhere that Cam was one of the best last yr against the run and drew the most holding penalties.... If that is the case, its total BS that he isnt at least around his ranking. Last time I checked, Matthews wasnt a stellar coverage receiver. Im just saying....
