Can Ireland draft for a WCO?

Ive been thinking about this for awhile, and I'm worried about irelands track record of not finding any real dynamic players since he's been in Miami. When you look at either side of the ball, he's drafted some good players, but no players that make big plays.

And now that we are running a wco, and clearly need some weapons, am I the only one who is worried like heck that Ireland could completely mess this up? Does this guy even have any experience with the wco?

Offensively, irelands draft picks have been a complete bust IMO.

Marshall is terrible for the WCO. You need to be quick, have strong hands, run good routes and get YAC. Marshall doesn't have great hands and is a terrible route runner
