Can we get Seattle's OC?

At least you still enjoy good football. I sometimes wonder if some posters only watch the dolphins.
Seattle looks great.

You can say they got lucky with Wilson, but they did research and select him so they get credit for the pick.

The sad thing is that anyone who watched Wilson in College should have knew he was a special talent much less the Mia front office personnel. I watched him play Duke while he was at NCSU and he single handily beat them with his legs. I left knowing he was on a different level than those around him that day. Im no NFL scout but you would think they would know "good" when they see it.
Sometime I wonder...

I totally agree with the op though...play calling was fantastic last night & fun to watch. I have adopted Seattle as my NFC team. Wilson? He is my starting FFB QB...

there was no one in the zip code on 2 of those red zone tds from wilson yesterday...i see that a lot with them...wide open guys no one anywhere near em...maybe some of thats the qbs just that good at seeing the field and finding open guys and i'm underselling it but i think the oc is setting the kid up with terrific looks for sure...play design vs the coverage they got on both those 2 tds were money i know that much...

the other thing i notice is he doesn;t come to the los and check out of a play very often...i know he is given a run pass option but you rarely see him back off the los and adjust to what the d gives him...guess those first calls are pretty money...

his vertical accuracy though is pretty spot on...ball can float a little but even when he makes a mistake he seems to never pay for it...

or the one where he hits Baldwin in stride and puts it right in the sweet spot for a 52 yard gain

You need to have your eyes checked or your TV fixed. That throw was short and wide. The difference is Baldwin adjusted and caught the ball (I'm talking to you Mike Wallace).

best throw i saw last night was the back shoulder from the opposite hash...i didn't even know he had that in him...sick throw...db didn't even know the ball had arrived...that's a tip your cap to the qb ball right there...if he can hit those all the way down the field well then so be it i guess i'm getting beat cause he's gonna have to prove it...

the other great throw was the all out bliitz vertical to baldwin...the way he placed the ball outside away from the defender over the proper shoulder to shield off any defender potential play on it i thought was money...

but the gold star was the opposite hash back shoulder...a you kidding me ball

A Jets fan telling anyone they need a QB is a good laugh.

we need one too but the difference in offenses btw Sea and Mia isn't the OC, it's the QB.

I should say we need one(or Sanchez to come back), Ryan has a chance to be a good QB some day but he's not Wilson.

Can't even compare the two fairly. Totally different situations. Tannehill is required to carry his offense much more than Wilson. I'd still take Tannehill.

you need Seattle's QB not OC

You need anybody's QB or even their backup, or their backup's backup.....

It is so fun to watch the Jets suck at the QB position for so long, with no end in sight.....

Give me that offense in general.

Wilson is a good qb but I gotta agree with Hoops here, hitting WIDE open guys after a designed roll out PA is not special. He's the best outta the 2012 class so far, but don't make it seem like he's making throws Marino made.

Right now, Foles is playing the best out of that class.

that's totally true...tannehill is asked to do more

The offensive schemes in Miami leave Tannehill with a greater % of difficult throws than I can ever remember seeing. He is regularly required to throw into tight windows, very quickly, from dirty pockets, just before getting smacked, etc, etc...

it's more than that though...the option routes the setting of the protections etc this offense is not easy...he is asked to do more than any other first 3 year qb in the game that i know of...

nick foles though imo is a system qb...that systems helps him put up those numbers...

all things being equal what russell wison has is sustainable over the long term...i like him as the long term 3rd best qb in the 2012 class...behind tannehill and luck

tannehills upside left still and ceiling trumps em all imo if he ever reaches it...

Seahawks are just stacked with talent.

Guess thats what happens when you draft top 10 for half a decade.

Biggest steal was Marshawn Lynch for a 5th rounder.

Arguably the second best RB in the league for a 5th rounder......:bobdole:
