Every down he plays the guy going against him is going to try to verbally and physically break him down because they know he can't take it. IMO, players will smell blood in the water and abuse this guy like he's never seen. At least for his sake it will only be for 3hrs on Sunday, and then he can go home and get therapy. He's created a very unpleasant work environment for himself that's for sure. This guy should take the money and retire before he goes completely crazy.

Not every organization in the NFL is full of thugs. For example, if he go to the Colts, he will excel because of the environment. I just don't understand the rationale by Ireland to draft a nice young kid coming out of the draft. If his locker room was full of thugs why not keep the trend? The honey badger would had been a perfect fit in the Miami locker room. Incognito was harassing women in public while the team was paying money to hide it, he had bar fight every other week and still the Dolphins' leadership saw a purpose to put this psychopath as a leader. They deserve everything that is going their way.

Martin is done with his NFL career, he probobly should never have begun. The pole of the NFL could be biased. A lot of the players are going to paret what their leaders told them to say. Oh yes I would rather have an incompetent lineman that constantly needs help, and is getting my QB killed.
 
He's a "kisser and a teller" who looks like he hypocritically participated in his fair share of smooching B4 becoming a franchise snitch and cancer. No player will feel comfortable in his presence going forward. And that's not accounting for the teammate perception that he's too soft to have their backs and the opponents smelling blood in the water, already armed with their own form of verbal "bullying" knowing he can be easily rattled. What's also lost in all this is that he is not very good at his job.
 
Is it a coinsidence that RI 's career went to the craper when he was paired with Martin? I know O linemen career's fall of a cliff, and they appeared to play ok last year. But after watching four games of tape coupled with Clabo's suckiness, could explain why RT is getting killed. Cog is a fat bastard, takes one to know one, and MUST go.

Mark Sanchez, who was charged with rape while at USC before the charges were dropped (you know how that goes with Pete Carroll at USC) dating underaged female while Jets QB

If Martin were to come back somewhere the people in that locker room won't even speak to him. They would be silent...don't want to hurt his feelings and be sued. Then on the field he would get killed. Prob a chop block, twist of something. He wouldn't last a season. If he played Miami he would be killed. Prob literally...get Wilson on it.

I bet someone would sign him, for their own moral opinion. Just like all these teams signed and tried to make Tebow a player.
