Carey moved to RG

mckinnie got abused last year in minny also...but he'd be a lot better than colombo
 
Some of you need to stop bringing up John Jerry. He is a bust. He is likely to get cut, yet some of you keep talking about him starting. Even worse, I saw someone mention him starting at RT. Get real.

Just like I said, these morons believe in Columbo. :bobdole:

I have no problem moving Carey to G, but we need a real RT now.

Guess what we will be drafting in the first round next year? QB. Hell no. A dominating RT? You got it.

Also dont be stunned when we sign Leonard Davis and start him at the other G spot. This will give us 2/5 of the worst starting OL in football from last season. The other 3 guys will be all first round draft picks that the phins made in Long/Pouncey/Carey.

Think we put a lot of stock in OL? Good thing OL is far more important than your QB. It must be either a first round pick the phins originally made or a Dallas castoff. For an OL guru, Tony sure does need a lot of talent and a lot of money invested in order to make his line work. Unreal.

He's a total beast

a right side of Pouncey/Carey/Gaither would look very VERY nice.

now we just got to get rid of that piece of crap Incognito and find a good left guard. Garner can be a halfway decent LG - better than Incognito anyways. Maybe O'hara as he can play LG and make the line calls for Pouncey while Pouncey settles in at center without having to think about linecalls and just play the C position.. who knows
 
before i gave up on john jerry i would absolutely give him some run at right tackle...he played some right tackle senior bowl week and at ole miss if i'm not mistaken and looked solid doing it...he's got good feet for such a large man

it can't hurt
 
it needs to be: Long, Pouncey, Incognito, Carey and either Columbo/Garner/Murtha battle for RT. Or if you want to keep fresh legs out there, just keep rotating them. Incognito did fine at Center last year, so he should be pushed to C

i thought i read he signed somewhere already...he's also a guy who's known to be a malcontent...but yeah i'd make a call there before i'd run with colombo...gaither mckinnie it can't hurt...but do something dammit

You can't even defend these moves any more w/o getting some return back on your defense. It is just time to sit back and hope it happens and if they don't then let the criticisms rain, because they are well deserved at that point, and that is being generous.

I'm one of the biggest "glass half-full" type guys that there is, but I am starting to agree w/this train of thought. The OL has been built/managed like a circus side-show.

Minn also had him on the ' Non football injury " list when camp opened. Evidently he was hurt outside the lines of football.
