This is not what i want i wouldnt mind this but this is just a sample of how to build a solid organization with structure and solid people leading it. Its not hard Ross. If u fire ireland u have to fire philbin too. Hire Peterson as VP of fball ops. Hire marino as co vp of fball operations. Let them find a coach. Let the coach bring in a GM. Or let the GM find a coach. Ideally i would like gruden or cowher to bring in their people i dont see ether of them touching this job. I think brian billick would jump all over this job he came out last year and said he would be interested. He works with charly casserly at nfln. It would all make sense. He is proven.

I think we need a GM who isn't an arrogant prick like Ireland. A guy who relates to the players and talks with them in the locker room as well as on the practice field and treats them like men.

billick is an unwanted man, couldn't even get an interview from a variety of teams as his rep that he is difficult to work with. Casserole is a ?, resume wasn't all that good from what I remember.

I am telling ya'll, if we moved out of Miami, people would take the job.

I think people would take the jobs anyway, shake enough $$$ and there will be a line. Selection process needs to start with a GM and hell pick his crew.

This would be an upgrade over what we currently have. I would consider the Gruden brothers as an alternative to Billick. Cowher has been away too long and he is retired but won't admit it.
Gruden might be interested only if he has total control.

Miami is not the reason people are not gonna work for the phins.
Saban came here , Johnson came here.
Up until Ireland and Ross came here the dolphins always got their top choices for the jobs
