When I watched the team in training camp last year Wallace was a guy who stuck out to me as having great physical skills. I remember coming back on here and saying that Patrick Turner's days were numbered. His problem, then as now, is not just inexperience (who can forget him running out of bounds on a deep route, then coming back in bounds when the pass was thrown to him, thus drawing a penalty, and then topping it off by dropping the ball?), it's that he's ponderous getting off the line of scrimmage. Even mediocre corners stoned him with ease. But he has much more upside than Marlon Moore, who's thin legged, a long strider and fights the football like it's trying to rape him.
I can see us carrying 5 WRs, but not six. Patrick Carter might be having a nice camp but he's going to have to have a huge preseason not to end up in the Brian Manning Hall of Fame. Heck, it's a step up from there even to get to Robert Baker territory.
