That mock doesn't account for the underclassmen who may well declare, if Haskins and/or Herbert do come out they'll both be round 1 probably pretty high. I think Herbert should declare, but I think Haskins should wait another year (he's not ready in my view). The smart money would be on them going the exact opossite way, Haskins declaring and HErbert stay for another year.
